A fitting end to the wolverine
Its hard to imagine another Logan without Hugh Jackman, but in his case as the final movie he ended on a high note. In it’s first attempt of making R rating to a franchise, they exceeded in a big way that it felt welcoming rather overused. It handled violence very well in the benefit of the action sequences that was well choreographed and not with much gore. The story unlike its predecessors about defeating a villain or saving the world, it was simply the growing relationship between father and daughter.
In addition for a character we are attached to over the years, it was both heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time. Its true that is a 180 degrees different from x-men movies as being dark and gritty, but it doesn’t lose quality and perhaps being one of the best. To conclude if you are a fan of the x-men series then this is a must watch, and if you know a little background on the characters then you’ll enjoy the journey.
